近日，英國《勞氏日報》評選出了2013年度“全球十大航運監管者”，航運界網編譯了全榜單。其中，排名第一的是歐洲政治體，排名第二是航運游說團體。國際海事組織（IMO）秘書長關水康司則為第三名。
